Employee Access First Time User Instructions

You will need access to the following three systems to access your employee info, Ipay, Advanced HR Access, and EZ Labor Manager. The instructions to setup your accounts are below. For any issues, please contact Cliff M at cmitchell@advtower.com

iPay Statments (Payroll Statements)
We are pleased to announce ADP iPayStatements, a new benefit for all employees. Through ADP we are able to offer you access to your earnings statements and W-2 forms 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. In addition, you can make changes to your W-4. Simply type in your changes, print the form, sign it and forward the completed form to your Payroll Person for processing.
How to Register on ADP iPayStatements:

  • Go to https://paystatements.adp.com.
  • Click on “Register Now”.
  • Enter the Self Service Registration Pass Code which is: BSHOLOM-JCC4532
  • Select iPayStatements as the self-service Product.
  • From your most recent pay statement, enter the following information:
  • Company Code
  • File Number
  • Social Security number
  • Pay Date or Advice Date
  • Check/Voucher or Advice Number

You will then be prompted to complete a registration process during which you must answer a few security questions and select a password. Your password must contain between 8 to 20 characters and at least one alpha and one numeric character. You will be assigned a system generated User ID. The security questions will be used to verify your identity if you ever forget your user ID or password.
Upon completing the registration process, you may access your pay statements at https://paystatements.adp.com.

Advanced HR Access (Human Resources)
Online access to benefits initial enrollment, status changes, pay info, benefits plan info, dependent info, employee emergency contacts, performance reviews, employee directory, tax exemption changes and other human resources related info and features. Vacation and sick leave balances not available on this system, please use Ipay Statements Link above to view balances printed on paystub or refer to your paper paystubs.

EZ Labor Manager (Timeclock and Time off Requests)
Access to review your timeclock punches for accuracy (note--timeclocks download to web on two-hour intervals so you may need to wait up to two hours for punches to display online), weekly hours to date, historical timecards/hours and submit time-off requests for personal, vacation or sick time for supervisor approval. Approved requests are automatically entered into your payroll and schedule. Note--This system is for Communications Employees only. It is not connected to the Tower timeclock system.

Your username is your first initial plus last name ex. bsmith
Your initial password is either your last name or your first initial plus last name (try both) ex. bsmith or smith
